- Richard Conway Added October 31, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★An exceptional team! If you are anxious about seeing a dentist, these are the guys to see!!! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming when I made inquiries a number of weeks ago. I then saw Ketki (Hygienist) a couple of weeks ago and with my super-sensitive teeth she chose to scale them by hand with hooks, rather than the water-scaler which I find too painful for my sensitive teeth. She did an IMMACULATE job and I didn't feel a thing!
Yesterday I saw Anup. He drilled out and replaced 2 large fillings. I could tell he took pride in his work with how careful he was. He was also happy to wait that bit longer as we injected more numbing 'juice' and waited for my major anxiety to subside. Anup was extremely patient and put me at ease during my tears and quivering (bad experiences from other dentists). Looking at his work today, my teeth look exceptional !!!
I didn't feel judged, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I got through my appointment and had a couple of tears of JOY with how well it all went.
WELL DONE GUYS !!!!
