A staff member greeted me at the door to check my temperature and collect my referral. She was professional and polite. The sonographer was very friendly and professional which made the whole experience less stressful and explains the whole procedure clearly. I went in feeling really anxious but all the staffs made the whole experience extremely comfortable. Thank you everyone! =)
- Lilo Added February 25, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★brought my mother here for a ct scan and mammogram. They have Chinese speaking staff which was a huge relief for my mother. They were very patient with her and very thorough in their scans despite her being frail and elderly. We were in and out within 30mins...very impressed with the efficient service.
- Kim H Added February 18, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called for an appointment and was confirmed there’s available appointment at 3:30pm but later on received a call said they wasn’t aware there’s no available appointment on the day. I was so disappointed as I was about to leave home for that appointment when I received their phone call.
Eventually I made an appointment somewhere else as I don’t need this kind of unprofessional service! - Mariana L Added February 14, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The sonographer named Jenny asked me inappropriate questions that were not related to the breast cancer screening, this left me feeling very uncomfortable and I even wrote a letter of complaint. Have not heard back from manager. Do not recommend.
- Stu Added February 07, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★was recommended by trainer, walked in and they were able to fit me in for body composition immediately. Staff was very informative and professional. A big shoutout to receptionist that attended to me.
